Giuliani Foundation promotes and carry out research activities in the disciplines of Physics of the Earth: Seismology, Geophysics, Volcanology and their applications, including the study of physical and chemical phenomena as precursors of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions in order to develop assessment methods of seismic, volcanic, hydrogeological and dangerous territory hazards to provide support to the institutions, local authorities and organs responsible for the protection of peoples, and eighter information, research and consulting for the defense from earthquakes and potentially dangerous natural disasters.

The event will take place at the Hotel and Congress Center “FATTORIA LA PRINCIPINA” in Tuscany, Grosseto City, Italy. The congress center is on an estate of 140 hectares (346 acres) and is 4 km far from Grosseto and the sea, 3 km from the local airport.
